1. Service Provider & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the JumpInto.eu platform, including all associated websites, APIs, and recruitment workflow features.

By registering an account, publishing a job listing, or submitting an application, you enter into a binding agreement with the Service Provider and agree to our Privacy Policy.
2. Technical Requirements (Wymagania Techniczne)
In accordance with Article 8(3)(1)(a) of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (UŚUDE), the following technical requirements are necessary to properly use JumpInto.eu:
- An electronic device (PC, tablet, or smartphone) with an active Internet connection.
- A modern, updated web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge) supporting HTML5, TLS 1.3, and ES6+.
- JavaScript and essential browser session cookies enabled.
- Software capable of viewing and rendering PDF files (for candidate resume review).
- An active, valid electronic mail (e-mail) address.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Candidate Accounts: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your profile, CV, and job applications. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in their chosen target jurisdictions or accurately disclose their visa requirements.
- Employer Accounts: Employers represent and warrant that they are authorized corporate representatives of the business entity they register. All posted jobs must represent genuine, open, and legally compliant employment or B2B contract vacancies.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Job Posting Guidelines & Anti-Discrimination
JumpInto.eu is committed to fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory hiring practices across the European Union. Employers agree that job listings will not:
- Discriminate on the basis of gender, race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age in violation of EU Equal Treatment Directives (e.g., Directives 2000/78/EC, 2000/43/EC, 2006/54/EC).
- Require upfront fees, training charges, or payments of any kind from candidates to apply or interview.
- Promote multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial offers.
- Include misleading salary representations, undisclosed mandatory unpaid trial periods, or deceptive job scopes.
5. Fees, Payments & Right of Withdrawal
Candidates use JumpInto.eu free of charge. Employers purchasing single job postings, featured promotions, or recruiter subscriptions agree to pay all applicable fees in EUR via our secure payment gateway (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.).
• All prices quoted are net amounts exclusive of VAT, which is calculated based on European reverse-charge or local Polish VAT rules.
• B2B Digital Execution & Waiver: Services ordered by businesses (job vacancy publications) are executed immediately upon payment confirmation. Pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Polish Consumer Rights legislation, employers acknowledge and explicitly agree that the supply of digital service begins immediately, whereby the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal is waived once publication has commenced.
6. Complaint Procedure (Procedura Reklamacyjna)
In compliance with Polish UŚUDE and European consumer protection standards, users may lodge complaints regarding platform services:
- Complaints may be submitted electronically via email to: contact@jumpinto.eu.
- The complaint should specify the user's registered email, account role, a concise description of the incident or technical malfunction, and the desired resolution.
- The Service Provider investigates and responds to complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt via email.
7. Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 - DSA)
As an online platform hosting user-generated listings and recruitment descriptions across the EU, JumpInto.eu complies with the European Digital Services Act (DSA):
8. Candidate Data & Employer ATS Processing (Art. 28 GDPR)
When an employer utilizes JumpInto.eu ATS dashboards to review applications, download candidate resumes, or take recruitment notes, the employer acts as an independent Data Controller for their hiring process. JumpInto.eu acts as a Data Processor hosting applicant data on behalf of the employer, strictly maintaining confidentiality, AES-256 encryption, temporary signed download links, and GDPR Art. 28 compliance.
9. Intellectual Property & License
JumpInto.eu, including its brand identity, software codebase, layout, and visual designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Machnica Solutions. Users retain ownership of their uploaded resumes, company logos, and trademarks, granting JumpInto a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and display them solely for recruitment facilitation.
10. Corporate Succession & Assignment
The Service Provider reserves the right to transfer, assign, or delegate all rights, obligations, and contracts arising from these Terms to a successor corporate entity (specifically a newly incorporated Polish limited liability company, e.g., JumpInto Sp. z o.o.) upon at least 14 days' prior electronic notice to registered users, without altering user rights or processing guarantees.
11. Limitation of Liability
JumpInto.eu operates as an intermediary information society service. We do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or the completeness of candidate profiles or employer representations. To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory European laws, Machnica Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from B2B relationships shall be submitted to the competent common court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of Machnica Solutions.
