Lead Scalable Capital's 120+ person engineering organization across wealth management, broker infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications using AWS, Kubernetes, Python.
- Participate in technical architecture reviews, engineering discussions, and sprint planning.
- Maintain high code quality standards through automated testing, peer code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into production-grade features.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in software engineering with 5+ years leading multi-tier engineering managers
- Proven experience scaling technical teams from 50 to 200+ engineers
- Deep expertise in highly regulated European financial systems (BaFin compliance)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive strategic leadership
